Main duties

• Keep customer areas, toilets, the bar, kitchen, staff spaces, and outdoor areas clean and tidy.
• Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties in line with the standard operating procedures.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and according to the correct process.
• Track stock levels of cleaning supplies and inform the manager when replenishment is needed.
• Escalate maintenance concerns and pest-control issues to the duty manager.
• Interact politely with customers by greeting them and saying thank you and goodbye.
• Complete induction, job-specific, and refresher training, while also supporting ongoing improvement efforts.
