Clearance Broker

Role overview

As a Clearance Broker, you will handle defined customs and operational workflows, making sure work is completed on time, accurately, and in line with both internal procedures and external compliance standards. The position involves spotting irregularities as they appear, applying established rules and sound judgment to resolve them, and referring more involved matters to senior colleagues when needed.

Key activities

• Carry out assigned clearance and brokerage processes within required deadlines.
• Maintain accuracy, completeness, and adherence to applicable standards throughout the work.
• Identify inconsistencies or exceptions and resolve routine cases using procedures and judgment.
• Escalate complex matters to more experienced team members when necessary.
• Support clearance operations, brokerage administration, cage handling, customer service, storage, and ground operations as required.

Salary

The gross monthly pay for this position is EUR 2,000 to EUR 2,250.
