Role Overview
Outsource Access supports property restoration and reconstruction professionals by keeping their project workflows moving from the first emergency call through to documentation, compliance, and billing. This remote role is focused on ensuring urgent client needs are handled quickly, field crews are dispatched without delay, and insurance-related paperwork is complete and accurate so projects stay profitable.
Key Impact Areas
- Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners and business clients in stressful property emergency situations, providing a calm, professional intake experience and coordinating immediate dispatch.
- Review project records, notes, and images each day to confirm they meet insurance requirements and to prevent errors that could affect reimbursements.
- Act as the main administrative link between teams by updating the CRM in real time, managing schedules, and following up on missing documents from field staff and project managers.
- Support billing preparation and carry out polite but firm follow-ups on invoices and payment status to help maintain steady cash flow.

Work Setup

You should be comfortable working across multiple platforms and screens, including Google Workspace and tools such as QuickBooks, Xactimate, Dash CRM, or Zoho.
