We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Client Success Manager to become a valuable member of our dedicated team.
About the Role
This role focuses on ensuring clients achieve success within our coaching programs, fostering client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. The Client Success Manager will be instrumental in guiding clients through their journey, from initial onboarding to program completion and potential advancement to premium services.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate client success within the Love Accelerator program through structured onboarding and ongoing support.
- Proactively monitor the engagement of over 250 clients to identify needs and offer timely assistance.
- Engage directly with clients via phone and Zoom to understand their requirements and establish clear action plans.
- Identify and guide eligible clients towards enrollment in our premium Lux program.
- Enhance overall client satisfaction by ensuring a seamless transition into and throughout the program.
- Address and resolve payment plan issues for existing clients.
- Manage program renewals, and actively seek client referrals and testimonials.
- Provide first-line customer support across various channels including text, email, voicemails, helpdesk, and community forums.
- Monitor client feedback surveys and conduct necessary follow-up actions.
- Schedule appointments for Lux consultations and support the progress of Lux clients.
- Work towards mitigating refund requests through direct client communication.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.

Additional Information
This position requires adherence to specific working hours, including availability from 10 AM to 7 PM PT, and working on Sundays with Fridays and Saturdays off. Candidates ideally located in the MT or PT time zones will find this schedule more manageable.
