Role overview

Ottawa Pain Management & Wellness is hiring a warm, energetic, and well-organized Clinical Assistant for its expanding private healthcare practice in Ottawa. This position supports patients and clinical operations within a modern, non-surgical pain and rehabilitation clinic.

This is a patient-facing clinical support role, not a receptionist or front desk position. The successful candidate will work directly with patients, help with treatment preparation, assist in clinical workflow, and support the use of advanced rehabilitation equipment and technologies.
