  • Train team members, keep them engaged, and assess their work performance.
  • Create staff rosters and make sure attendance and workplace discipline are maintained.
  • Deal with guest concerns in a professional manner and resolve issues quickly.

  • Work with suppliers so ingredients and packaging are available on time.
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and local municipality compliance requirements.
  • Share daily and weekly business performance updates with the owner or management.
  • Spot operational gaps and suggest practical ways to improve performance.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Prior work as a café manager, restaurant supervisor, store manager, shift leader, or assistant manager.
  • UAE experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-management capability.
  • Solid understanding of coffee shop operations, guest service, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Ability to stay effective under pressure during busy periods.
  • Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of POS systems, daily sales reporting, and basic Excel or Google Sheets.
  • A polished, professional, punctual, and customer-first approach.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts when needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • A practical, floor-involved manager who supports the team directly when needed.
  • Someone who can enforce discipline, strengthen service quality, keep the outlet clean, and improve sales.
  • Capability to oversee more than one branch if required.
  • Experience with specialty coffee, café chains, bakery cafés, dessert concepts, or quick-service brands is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay will be finalized after considering the candidate’s experience.
  • Performance-linked incentives may be available.
  • Visa support and other benefits will follow UAE Labour Law.
