- Contribute to PR campaigns, events and other profile-building initiatives.
- Track press coverage and spot opportunities to improve visibility.
- Manage social media activity across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Assist with internal communications and employee engagement efforts.
- Coordinate award entries and recognition submissions.
- Create internal newsletters and communication content.
- Work alongside design and graphics teams to keep all communications visually consistent.
Requirements

- Strong skills in writing, editing and shaping stories.
- Experience supporting PR campaigns and media relations work.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content planning.
- Well-developed organisational ability and a sharp eye for detail.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
- Genuine interest in architecture, design, cities and the built environment.
Benefits
- Chance to join a respected and internationally recognised architecture and design practice.
- Exposure to a varied portfolio of UK and global projects.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- Supportive and collaborative studio culture.
- Modern studio setting in central London.
- Private healthcare, healthcare cash plan and pension contribution.
- Close collaboration with senior leadership and project teams.
- Strong scope for professional development and career progression.
