Role Overview

The resort is hiring a Concierge (Bell-Hop) to support guest arrivals, departures, and day-to-day service needs while helping create a memorable stay experience.

Key Duties

  • Handle guest luggage carefully to support seamless check-ins and check-outs.
  • Move luggage quickly and accurately in line with guest schedules.
  • Greet arriving visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner and send them off courteously at departure.
  • Complete guest requests in a professional way and within the expected turnaround time.
  • Interact with guests to collect feedback and help raise service standards.
  • Play a part in delivering a memorable hotel experience through attentive and thoughtful service.

What the Role Calls For

Candidates should take pride in hospitality work and enjoy serving hotel guests. Prior experience in a hotel environment is preferred. The position also requires flexibility to work rotating shifts.
