Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position is for a Concierge / Receptionist at a luxury residential tower in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering a polished front desk experience and resident support, including greeting residents and visitors, answering calls and emails, managing resident requests, coordinating with property management and facilities teams, handling parcel and delivery flow, supporting amenity reservations, and keeping daily operations running efficiently.
Applicants with prior exposure to residential towers, commercial towers, hotels, serviced residences, or other premium hospitality environments will be preferred. Hotel background is considered a strong plus, and experience working with facilities management, maintenance, or property management teams will also be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive residents, guests, and visitors with a courteous and professional approach
- Oversee front desk activity, including phone calls, emails, and resident queries
- Accept, secure, log, and inform residents about incoming parcels and deliveries
- Support booking of amenities and general resident service requests
- Arrange follow-up on maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and related service needs when necessary
- Raise complaints and operational concerns to the appropriate teams for action
- Act as the link between residents, security, property management, and facilities teams
- Keep handover notes, registers, reports, and service documentation accurate and up to date
- Assist with move-ins, resident onboarding, and everyday tenant support
- Offer local recommendations, restaurant reservations, taxi or chauffeur arrangements, and general concierge help
- Maintain a refined appearance and consistently deliver luxury-level service
Required Background
- Prior work experience as a Concierge, Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, Guest Relations Agent, Facilities Coordinator, or Customer Service Representative
- Experience in a residential tower, commercial tower, hotel, serviced apartment, or hospitality setting
- Strong spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
- Well-groomed with strong presentation skills and professional manners
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
- Able to stay composed, respectful, and professional when handling pressure
- Comfortable using computers and maintaining logs, reports, and records
- Familiarity with Dubai, luxury lifestyle offerings, restaurants, transport options, and local attractions is an advantage
- Previous coordination experience with facilities management or property management teams is a plus
