About the Role

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a skilled Content Producer for a contract position. This remote role involves developing, curating, and evaluating a variety of content to support AI training initiatives. You will apply industry best practices in editorial, publishing, and media production to ensure content is relevant and authentic. Working collaboratively with other expert Producers, Editors, Directors, and Journalists, you will contribute to the creation of impactful, high-quality materials. A key part of the role includes reviewing, editing, and providing detailed feedback on written and multimedia content.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop, curate, and assess diverse content across digital platforms to support AI training objectives.
  • Apply industry-leading standards in editorial, publishing, and media production to ensure content relevance and authenticity.
  • Collaborate closely with other expert Producers, Editors, Directors, and Journalists to deliver impactful, high-quality materials.
  • Review, edit, and provide feedback on written and multimedia content with a critical, detail-oriented approach.
  • Leverage deep domain knowledge from academic, commercial publishing, or music environments to enrich project deliverables.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in media production, editorial, publishing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial for success on the project.
  • Demonstrated expertise in content strategy, editing, and collaborative cross-functional work.
  • A proven background in both academic and commercial publishing or music-related projects.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to uphold strict editorial standards.
