Job description
Role Overview
This position focuses on maintaining accurate food and beverage costing data across restaurant operations. The role works closely with the Chef and relevant teams to ensure recipe, item, vendor, and sales codes are created and kept up to date in the system, while also supporting inventory control and multi-country menu rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Chef to lock in recipes and ensure every ingredient is mapped with the correct code.
- Create and maintain item codes for sales items, recipes, vendors, and stock records in the system.
- Update recipe entries whenever changes are made to existing formulations.
- Input vendor pricing accurately into the system.
- Support month-end stock reconciliation by reviewing and closing inventory counts.
- Analyze inventory differences each month and help identify variances.
- Assist in launching new menus and recipe updates across the region, including the UAE, KSA, China, Kuwait, Egypt, and Oman.
