Role overview

As a courier for DHL Express, you will represent the company every day by delivering and collecting customer shipments while maintaining a high standard of service.

What you will do

• Pick up shipments from customers and deliver them to the correct destinations.
• Serve as a daily point of contact for customers through professional and helpful interaction.
• Organize your route and time effectively to complete assignments on schedule.
• Work independently while also coordinating with the wider team when needed.

What you need

• Strong communication abilities, quick reactions, initiative, and a strong sense of accountability.
• Confidence behind the wheel and solid familiarity with the streets of Riga.
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage your schedule well, and operate both alone and with others.
• Conversational Latvian and English.
• A valid Category B driving license, with at least 2 years of driving experience preferred.
