Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Creative Director who can shape ideas at the meeting point of culture, craft, and strategy. The role calls for a conceptual leader who can establish creative direction, build campaign platforms that last, and consistently deliver work that captures attention in social environments.
You will guide the vision for culturally relevant campaigns with social at the center, turning insights into ideas and ideas into measurable results. The role involves setting a high creative standard across accounts and working closely with strategy, production, and client teams to raise the quality and ambition of every project.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and drive the creative vision across several accounts while keeping the work strategically sound and culturally relevant.
- Lead integrated campaign development from the initial brief through final execution, expanding ideas beyond individual assets.
- Champion ideation and push for original, attention-grabbing concepts that connect with culture.
- Review and elevate creative work across all channels to maintain consistency, quality, and craft.
- Work with strategy and client teams to shape briefs, uncover opportunities, and influence brand direction.
- Present ambitious concepts to senior clients with confidence, clearly linking creative value to business outcomes.
- Provide senior art direction and creative leadership throughout production while protecting the original idea.
- Mentor and develop creative talent, encouraging a team culture built on excellence, curiosity, and growth.
- Safeguard creative quality during production from concept stage through final delivery.
- Stay closely attuned to culture and emerging platforms to keep ideas relevant and forward-thinking.
What We’re Looking For
- 8 to 12+ years of agency experience, supported by a portfolio of social-first, campaign-led work with strong creative impact.
- Demonstrated success leading large integrated campaigns built on clear conceptual thinking.
- Experience defining creative direction and improving output across teams, brands, and disciplines.
- Strong cultural awareness and a sharp understanding of how brands earn attention today.
- Excellent judgment across art direction, copy, and storytelling, with a high standard for craft.
- Proven leadership and mentorship ability, including building and developing effective creative teams.
- Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and selling bold ideas persuasively.
- Solid production understanding and the ability to bring ambitious ideas to life at a high level.

- This role follows an in-office schedule from Monday through Thursday, with Fridays optional for remote work.
