Role overview

Vision Healthcare NV is hiring an experienced Creative Strategist to lead concept development and content direction across a portfolio of consumer healthcare and lifestyle brands. The role is focused on shaping ideas that are built to capture attention quickly, while ensuring each concept fits the brand position, channel, and creator style best suited to bring it to life. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution, including scripting, framework building, and the creation of ad content that feels native rather than overly promotional.

Key responsibilities

  • Guide creative direction for several brands, setting the themes, angles, and content territories that support growth for each one.
  • Create and update repeatable creative frameworks so output stays consistent, scalable, and aligned with brand standards across different markets.
  • Prepare briefs that protect both the brand and the creative idea while still leaving room for authentic execution, and help oversee production.
  • Turn trend analysis and competitor insights into practical creative tests, spotting promising formats before they become crowded.
  • Manage the full UGC process, including briefing, selecting creators, directing scripts, and defining format specifications, with a strong focus on Meta and TikTok.
  • Find, coordinate, and maintain relationships with UGC creators and influencers, making sure each partnership matches the brand and campaign needs.
  • Review content to ensure it follows brand standards as well as compliance rules for regulated healthcare and supplement products.
  • Work closely with brand managers, designers, and performance marketing teams across multiple markets.

Candidate profile

  • You bring at least 4 years of experience in creative strategy, UGC strategy, or social-first content, ideally within DTC, consumer health, or e-commerce.
  • You understand TikTok and Instagram culture well, and you are familiar with Meta ad formats.
  • You have sound creative judgment and can clearly explain why an idea is likely to succeed or fail, including when to challenge a direction.
  • You have managed UGC creators and/or influencers from briefing through delivery.
  • You can share a portfolio showing the content you developed and briefed, along with your reasoning.
  • You have experience handling several brands or markets at the same time.
  • Experience with regulated sectors such as health, supplements, or wellness is an advantage.
  • You speak English fluently; additional European languages are a plus.

  • The office location can be Haarlem, Munich, or Oslo.
