About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager for our Web Development team to lead the creation of impactful digital experiences that drive brand transformation and business expansion. This role involves overseeing website projects from inception to completion, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, strategists, and clients. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered punctually, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is suited for individuals who excel in a dynamic, technology-focused agency setting and are adept at managing timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Individuals with less experience may be considered for a Project Executive role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of web and digital projects, ensuring they align with client objectives, defined scope, schedules, and financial constraints.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including design, development, digital strategy, and account management, to establish project requirements, expected outcomes, and success benchmarks.
• Proactively identify and address potential project risks or obstacles, implementing effective solutions to maintain momentum.
• Utilize Agile project management methodologies to enhance workflow, team synergy, and delivery efficiency.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and key updates clearly and consistently to clients and internal stakeholders through reports and meetings.
• Verify that all project outputs meet the agreed-upon quality benchmarks prior to launch.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects, maintaining a high level of detail and service excellence.
• Stay informed about the latest digital trends, web technologies, and user experience best practices to optimize project results.
• Direct and coordinate project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks without compromising quality.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in managing digital, web development, or technology-focused projects.
• Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix, or comparable platforms.
• Solid understanding of core digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
• Strong organizational abilities, enabling effective management of multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A strategic mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a user-centric approach.
• Experience with project management software like Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and manage expectations of both internal and external parties.
• Possession of a PMP, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.
