Job Details
- Work type: Full-time, permanent
- Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon, Haryana
- Compensation: INR 2.67 lakhs to 4.20 lakhs per year, plus unlimited performance incentives

Customer Service Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer queries in a professional and courteous manner through phone communication.
- Support customers from start to finish until their concerns and complaints are resolved.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and help strengthen the brand’s reputation.
Candidate Profile
- Open to candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience; prior customer support experience is helpful but not compulsory.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and active listening ability are essential.
- Confidence in persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling is expected.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with standard office software are required.
- The ideal candidate should be quick to learn, self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
