Job description
Role Overview
Tata Digital is looking to add Customer Support Executives for email, chat, and voice-based customer service work. The role calls for clear communication, a professional approach, and the ability to resolve customer questions efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should be HSC passed with prior BPO experience, or a graduate fresher.
- A typing speed of at least 30 words per minute is required.
- Strong English communication skills are essential.
Shift Timings
- Female candidates: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Male candidates: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Compensation
- CTC: INR 22,500 per month
- Take-home salary: INR 18,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer concerns through email, chat, and voice channels.
- Share correct information and close queries within expected timelines.
- Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain the expected level of customer experience and service quality.
Skills Required
- Strong spoken and written English
- Basic computer proficiency
- Fast typing and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Customer interaction and handling skills
