About the Role

iMarque Solutions is hiring customer support executives in Kolkata for an inbound voice process. The role is suited for candidates who can communicate confidently in Gujarati or Punjabi along with basic English, and who can manage customer queries and complaints professionally.

Job Overview

This is a work-from-office position in Kolkata with rotational day shifts. Night shifts are not part of the schedule. Immediate joiners are preferred, and both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will handle inbound customer calls, respond to queries and complaints, and provide complete support through accurate communication and timely resolution.

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with product or service-related concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues by offering suitable solutions and alternatives within set timelines.
  • Deliver clear, correct, and complete information using appropriate tools and processes.
  • Manage complaints and support customers end to end over phone.
  • Maintain strong customer handling standards and effective communication throughout each interaction.

Candidate Profile

  • Good command over Gujarati or Punjabi is essential.
  • Basic English communication skills are required.
  • BPO or telecalling experience is preferred, though freshers can also apply.
  • Candidates should have strong communication and understanding skills.
  • Immediate availability to join is an advantage.
