The role offers practical exposure to security technologies and established response processes while helping the team detect and react to incidents in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Build working knowledge of the company’s security stack, network setup, and evolving threat environment, including both current and emerging risks.
  • Examine suspicious behavior by collecting and reviewing relevant information, then escalate confirmed or high-priority incidents to senior analysts following the approved process.
  • Use runbooks and standard procedures to help with detection, investigation, containment, and incident reporting.
  • Assist in matching threat intelligence against observed activity to spot possible threats or active compromises.
  • Support vulnerability and threat management by recognizing indicators of compromise and helping track remediation work.
  • Record incidents, findings, and response actions accurately in case management tools.
  • Work with IT, engineering, and application owners to support response and resolution efforts.
  • Help notify stakeholders according to the organization’s alerting priorities and escalation rules.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in cybersecurity, IT support, network operations, or another related technical area.
  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, A+, or Network+ are preferred.

Perks and Benefits

  • Discounts on hotel stays, food and beverages, retail purchases, entertainment, and partner offers such as travel, electronics, and online shopping.
  • Complimentary parking during and outside of working hours.
