  • Create and maintain repeatable metric calculations and KPI definitions consistently across multiple reports and dashboards.
  • Apply basic statistical and variance analyses to validate outputs, identify anomalies, and support audit compliance.
  • Design, build, and upkeep Power BI dashboards and standardized reporting products that are clear, auditable, and consistent across business cycles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype visualizations, communicate insights, and provide user guidance to enhance dashboard adoption and correct interpretation.
  • Maintain data integrity by performing validation checks, reconciliations, monitoring refreshes, and resolving data issues with system and IT teams.
  • Partner with planning, operations, and commercial teams to prioritize reporting needs aligning with standardized KPI definitions and data governance policies.
  • Streamline reporting processes by reducing manual interventions, increasing refresh reliability, and simplifying workflows for end-users.
  • Contribute to data governance by documenting data flows, definitions, lineage, and ensuring reporting outputs meet analytical standards.
  • Support sustainable data pipeline automation through requirement setting, output testing, and collaboration with IT and data engineering teams.
  • Manage dashboard lifecycle including version control, release documentation, user feedback incorporation, and iterative improvements.
  • Develop comparison views for scenarios or time periods to aid decision support reporting.
  • Create monitoring and communication tools for the Plan-to-Produce process involving templates and scheduled report distributions.

Education and Experience

  • Data Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field plus minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Competence in handling complex, high-volume multi-source data and conveying quantitative analysis clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems under ambiguous or incomplete information, employing a flexible analytic mindset.
