Role overview

The Data Analyst Specialist will work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting business decisions by turning raw data into clear insights, reports, and recommendations. The role focuses on collecting information from different sources, ensuring data quality, and presenting findings in a way that helps teams and management act with confidence.

Key responsibilities

Gather information from both internal and external sources, then clean, validate, and structure it so it can be trusted for analysis.
Study large and complex datasets to uncover trends, relationships, patterns, and practical business insights.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help track performance and support decision-making.
Convert business needs into analytical models, measurable indicators, and reporting structures.
Track KPIs and share routine analytical updates with leadership and other stakeholders.
Run data quality checks to maintain accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across datasets.
Apply statistical and analytical techniques to interpret information and assess business results.
Contribute to strategic planning by offering recommendations backed by data.
Work closely with different teams to understand operational issues and suggest data-led solutions.
Automate repetitive reports and improve data processes to save time and reduce manual work.
Spot process improvement opportunities through review of operational and business data.
Keep databases, documentation, and reporting workflows aligned with governance requirements.
Share findings through presentations, reports, and executive-style summaries.
Support forecasting, trend studies, and scenario-based analysis for future planning.
Follow data governance, privacy, and organizational reporting standards.
