About the Role

CodeVertex Innovations is looking for an entry-level Data Entry Clerk to work fully remotely and assist with data processing, record maintenance, documentation, and organized administrative tasks carried out online.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with routine workflow coordination, records management, and collaboration across teams.
• Keep internal documents and records accurate, orderly, and up to date.
• Share progress updates, questions, and important status information clearly with relevant stakeholders.
• Handle confidential business, customer, employee, or financial information responsibly, where applicable.
• Help ensure remote operations remain dependable, structured, and precise.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail, dependable communication, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Comfort working remotely with initiative and consistent follow-through.
• Willingness to operate in a structured corporate setting.
• Ability to manage records, documentation, or operational work with accuracy.
• Strong organizational ability and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting remote teams or documentation-focused processes.
• Background in administrative, operations, customer support, HR, finance, or analytical support work.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while handling repetitive tasks and internal systems.

Work Environment
