About the Role

We are looking for an entry-level Data Scientist to join a growing team in the United States. This position suits someone with a strong interest in machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and using data to solve complex business problems.

The role involves working side by side with data engineers, software developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to create predictive models, uncover insights, and build data-backed solutions that help guide strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, prepare, transform, and analyze both structured and unstructured datasets at scale.
  • Build, train, and implement machine learning and predictive analytics models.
  • Use statistical methods to spot patterns, trends, and commercial opportunities.
  • Plan and run experiments to measure model quality and business outcomes.
  • Develop models for forecasting, classification, clustering, and recommendations.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and visual materials to present findings clearly.
  • Work with both technical and business teams to address complex data problems.
  • Track, improve, and support machine learning models in production.
  • Explore new tools and technologies and support innovation efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • A master’s degree is mandatory in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
  • 0 to 3 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar area.
  • Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning methods, and data analysis approaches.
  • Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and communication skills.
  • Capability to work with large datasets and turn analysis into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Technical Skills

  • Python programming
  • Machine learning concepts and implementation
  • SQL for data querying
  • Statistical analysis
  • Pandas and NumPy
  • Scikit-learn
  • Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Basics of deep learning
  • Cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Predictive modeling and data mining

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in the United States, with work arrangements available in onsite, hybrid, or remote formats.
