Role Summary

This position supports general labor work focused on litter collection and cleaning tasks.

Key Duties

• Drive a pickup truck between assigned stops along a planned route.
• Finish assigned work within the required time frame.
• Carry out labor tasks directed by the team lead.
• Collect litter along highways.
• Handle cleaning and labor work at retail properties.
• Use a leaf blower to clear sidewalks, replace trash bags, and inspect the property for issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma, equivalent qualification, or related work experience.
• Prior experience working outdoors.
• Ability to follow instructions and read maps.
• Comfort and skill in safely operating a pickup truck.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
• Physical capability for moderate lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping; fine manual dexterity is not required.
• Ability to remain standing for a full shift, with walking, stair climbing, and bending as needed.
• Must be able to pass drug screening and remain drug-free, including pre-employment and random testing.
