Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets company standards. Access to a reliable, insured vehicle for deliveries is mandatory. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong navigational skills, including map reading and the ability to locate addresses within our delivery zones. You should be comfortable navigating various terrains, including multi-story buildings, and driving in diverse weather conditions such as rain, sleet, snow, high winds, and hail. A positive and helpful demeanor, willingness to adhere to Domino's uniform and image standards, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards, even during busy periods, is also required.

Job Duties

• Process customer orders received in-store and over the phone.
• Prepare a variety of food products according to company standards.
• Maintain inventory by stocking ingredients in designated storage, production, and walk-in cooler areas.
• Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment through daily cleaning of equipment and the facility.
• Distribute marketing materials as needed.
• Communicate effectively and positively with customers and colleagues.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Essential Functions and Skills

• Perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and accurately, with calculator use permitted.
• Accurately handle monetary transactions and make correct change.
• Efficiently enter orders using computer keyboards and touch screens.
• Exhibit strong hand-eye coordination.
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks within required timeframes.

Physical Requirements

This role involves significant standing for extended periods. Delivery drivers will be expected to walk briskly or run, when safe, between the store and their vehicle, and from the vehicle to the customer's location. Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds and rare lifting of up to 50 pounds may be necessary. Team members may need to climb ladders infrequently for cleaning or maintenance tasks. Navigating multiple flights of stairs during deliveries is sometimes required. Frequent crouching, bending, and reaching are involved in product preparation, stocking, and cleaning duties. The weight and size of packages during delivery will vary.
