Job Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets company standards. A reliable, insured vehicle is essential for deliveries. Candidates should demonstrate strong navigational skills, including map reading and the ability to locate addresses within our service area. The role requires the capacity to navigate various terrains, including multi-story buildings, and drive safely in diverse weather conditions such as rain, sleet, snow, high winds, and hail. A positive and helpful demeanor is expected, along with a willingness to adhere to Domino's Pizza's uniform and image guidelines. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is important, as is a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards even during busy periods.

Job Duties

• Process customer orders received in-store and via phone.
• Prepare a variety of food products.
• Maintain inventory by stocking ingredients in designated storage, production, and walk-in cooler areas.
• Ensure cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.
• Distribute marketing materials as needed.
• Communicate effectively and positively with customers and colleagues.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by management.

Essential Functions and Skills

• Perform accurate and rapid calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division (calculator use permitted).
• Accurately handle monetary transactions and make change.
• Efficiently enter orders using a computer keyboard and touchscreen interface.
• Exhibit strong hand-eye coordination.
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks within set timeframes.

Physical Requirements

This role involves significant standing for extended periods. Delivery drivers will be expected to walk briskly or run, when safe, between the store, their vehicle, and the customer's location. Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds and rare lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required, with package weights and sizes varying during deliveries. Infrequent ladder climbing may be necessary for cleaning or maintenance tasks. Navigating multiple flights of stairs during deliveries is a possibility. Frequent crouching, bending, and reaching are involved in product preparation, stocking, and cleaning activities.
