Job Description

Domino's Pizza is seeking enthusiastic Delivery Drivers to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to enjoy your own music and vehicle while earning a competitive wage, tips, and mileage reimbursement. We are looking for individuals with great attitudes and at least 18 years of age with a minimum of two years of driving history. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the necessary skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, with part-time opportunities available. Drivers are compensated with hourly wages paid weekly, plus all tips and mileage reimbursement at the end of each shift.

We are currently prioritizing candidates available for late shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, as well as closing shifts throughout the week.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• A minimum of two years of documented driving experience.
• A stable and consistent work history.
• Ability to meet company standards for Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), Department of Transportation (DOT), Compliance, Safety, and Accountability (CSA), and background checks.
• Previous experience in food or beverage transportation is advantageous.
• Capability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently.
• Skill in safely navigating a vehicle in confined spaces and heavy traffic.

Driving History Requirements

To operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, including deliveries, all candidates must meet the following driving history criteria:

• Applicants aged 18 must provide proof of at least two years of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation date.
• Applicants aged 19 must provide proof of at least one year of driving history immediately preceding the MVR evaluation date.
• A learner's permit period, as documented by an official authority, can be used to verify driving history. Drivers must possess an officially recognized license.

Driving Record Standards

To operate a motor vehicle for business purposes, including deliveries, all candidates must adhere to the following driving record standards:

• No more than two driving-related violations (e.g., speeding, failure to yield, disregarding traffic signals, careless driving, seatbelt violations) within the two years prior to the MVR evaluation.
• No more than three driving-related violations within the three years prior to the MVR evaluation.
• No more than one at-fault accident within the three years prior to the MVR evaluation.

The following violations will disqualify an individual from driving for Domino's:

• Leaving the scene of an accident.
• Hit and Run offenses.
• Reckless Driving.
• Any driving violations related to drugs or alcohol.
• Vehicular homicide or assault charges.
• Unlawful racing or exhibition driving.
• Eluding or attempting to elude law enforcement.
