Position Overview

Reporting to the Digital Communities Marketing Specialist, the Digital Communities Coordinator will provide essential support to our Digital Marketing teams. This role is based full-time at our Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL. This is a full-time position with no people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to direct messages, comments, mentions, and tagged content across all social media platforms to enhance audience engagement.
• Cultivate a positive brand sentiment through prompt, thoughtful, and on-brand interactions.
• Identify and escalate community feedback, concerns, and emerging trends to the relevant internal departments.
• Track and report on community insights and sentiment trends to inform content strategy development.
• Provide real-time support during product launches, marketing campaigns, and special events.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand's voice to ensure consistent communication across all social media touchpoints.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0-1 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or community management; internships are considered valuable experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of representing the brand voice with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, along with an understanding of current social trends.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep track of numerous details.
• Experience with social media monitoring tools or CRM systems (e.g., Tribe Dynamics, Sprout Social) is preferred.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, coupled with a genuine passion for digital communities and social culture.

Additional Information

The specified base pay range is applicable for candidates within the listed state. The final compensation will be determined by factors including work location, job-specific knowledge, skills, qualifications, and overall experience. Celsius operates as a total rewards company, and this position may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units, in accordance with company plans.
