Job description

Role overview

This is a senior leadership role focused on bringing enterprise strategy to life through strong operating rhythms, clear governance, and cross-regional coordination. The position works closely with senior leaders to shape the enterprise operating model, align teams around priorities, and turn strategic plans into measurable execution across multiple regions and functions.

In this role, you will help strengthen organizational effectiveness by building planning frameworks, performance dashboards, and KPI-based tracking systems. You will also support communication between corporate teams and regional groups so that initiatives move forward smoothly, consistently, and at scale. The role suits someone who enjoys working in complex, fast-changing environments and is motivated by improving how a business operates.

Accountabilities

  • Work with senior leaders to define, refine, and roll out the strategy and operations operating model, including governance, regional coordination, and clear accountability across teams.
  • Create and maintain enterprise planning and execution methods such as KPI monitoring, scorecards, and operational dashboards to assess effectiveness.
  • Manage coordination across regional and corporate stakeholders so priorities, workflows, and timelines stay aligned.
  • Prepare leadership meeting agendas, briefing materials, key insights, and follow-up actions to support decision-making and accountability.
  • Lead process-improvement efforts that simplify workflows, standardize approaches, identify automation opportunities, and make S&O operations more scalable.
  • Convert complex data, regional inputs, and operating updates into concise executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
  • Assist with budgeting, workforce planning, and operational reporting in partnership with Finance, BI, and regional leaders.
  • Support enterprise initiatives such as onboarding programs, mentorship structures, and broader cross-functional operating improvements.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree in business, operations, or a related area is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, project management, organizational effectiveness, or business operations.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and support organizational change.
  • Strong planning and project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle several complex priorities at once.
  • Solid analytical ability, including KPI measurement, operational reporting, and business performance analysis.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, especially for executive audiences.
  • Experience with budgeting or P&L analysis is highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Power BI, Monday.com, HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar systems is an advantage.

Perks and benefits

  • Salary range of $70,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Retirement savings support and financial wellness resources.
  • Paid time off, public holidays, and flexible remote work options.
  • Opportunities for professional development, mentoring, and career progression.
  • Exposure to high-value strategic work across a global organization.
  • A collaborative, mission-focused environment centered on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Travel opportunities for leadership meetings, retreats, and collaboration across regions.
