About the Role

Olive Garden creates a welcoming dining experience built around shared meals, fresh breadsticks, homemade soups and sauces, and classic Italian-inspired favourites. In this role, you will support that experience by helping maintain a clean, sanitary, and efficient back-of-house environment.

Dishwashers are a key part of guest satisfaction because they help ensure plates, glassware, utensils, and frequently touched areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. The position also supports the restaurant’s commitment to strong health, safety, and sanitation standards for both guests and team members.

Key Duties

• Maintain a neat, orderly, and sanitary dish area throughout the shift.
• Prepare the dishwashing station and use the machine as required.
• Ensure clean dishware is available, organized, and ready for service.
• Arrange bus tubs for soaking and set up sinks for hand-washing items.
• Carry out cleaning tasks assigned by the management team.
• Empty and clean garbage containers regularly.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Support coworkers and assist wherever help is needed.
