About Ethos Quality Control & Operations
Ethos’ Quality Control and Operations function supports engineering teams across all areas of the business. The team helps uphold high standards in quality, compliance, document handling, and day-to-day operational effectiveness.

Role overview
In the Document Control Assistant position, you will support the Quality Control Team with document management and administrative work. You will help maintain internal records, prepare documents, assist with quality processes, and keep information well organised and easy to retrieve.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who is highly organised and detail-focused and wants to develop a career in document control and quality administration.
Key duties
- Maintain document registers and tracking tools.
- Check documents for correct formatting, consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
- Support quality management and compliance-related tasks.
- Compile reports and the supporting documents that go with them.
- Help with general administration for the wider team.
- Assist the Document Control team as needed.
About you
The employer is looking for someone based in Ireland who brings strong organisation, accuracy, and a willingness to learn. Good computer skills, clear communication, independence, teamwork, and solid time management are important. A positive, dependable, and adaptable approach is also expected, along with fluent English.
Technical knowledge and experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
- Some experience handling administrative tasks.
- Experience from internships, work placements, or office administration roles would be helpful, but it is not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications
Leaving Certificate or an equivalent qualification is required.
Recent graduates, interns, and candidates with administrative experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience
No prior document control experience is necessary. Full training will be provided.
