Document Quality Analyst

Role overview

This contract role is suited to an experienced document and presentation specialist who can judge the quality of content produced by creative systems. The work involves reviewing outputs across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, then checking them for accuracy, professional polish, and strong visual presentation.

Core work

• Review generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks using role-specific quality criteria.
• Spot factual mistakes, visual issues, and presentation problems with consistency and attention to detail.
• Write clear, organized feedback that follows defined quality expectations.
• Check each output for correctness, layout quality, formatting consistency, and overall professional standard.
• Support ongoing improvements to creative systems by providing expert human evaluation.

What the role calls for

• Substantial experience in quality assurance for documents and presentations, including strong knowledge of presentation design and professional formatting.
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• The ability to assess both the visual quality and technical accuracy of presentation and document deliverables.
• Professional or native-level English, along with strong written communication skills for structured review comments.
• A portfolio or other evidence of professional work in document production, presentation design, or a related QA function.
