Job description
Role Overview
Unilactic Aerospace is building and deploying advanced UAV solutions for aerial imaging, surveying, industrial inspections, agriculture monitoring, surveillance, and construction-related projects. The team is growing its pilot network and is seeking DGCA-certified UAV pilots to support a variety of commercial operations in real-world settings.
Role Details
Experience needed: 2 to 4 years
Work arrangement: Full-time or contract/project-based engagement
Location: Mumbai, India
Work schedule: 6 days a week, work from office
Key Responsibilities
- Fly UAVs safely and efficiently for commercial assignments.
- Carry out pre-flight inspections and complete post-mission documentation.
- Follow DGCA rules, safety standards, and all compliance requirements without exception.
- Work closely with project and operations teams to achieve mission goals.
- Address on-site technical or operational issues during missions whenever needed.
- Handle drone operations in one or more of these areas: aerial imaging, mapping and surveying, industrial inspections, agriculture monitoring, surveillance and security, and construction monitoring.
Candidate Profile
- Must hold a valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC).
- Should have practical experience in commercial UAV operations.
- Must be comfortable working independently at client or project sites.
- Open to contract-based or project-based work formats.
- Needs a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and disciplined execution.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to more than one UAV service area is an advantage.
- Having your own drone is beneficial, though not required.
- Prior work on enterprise-scale or large commercial drone projects is preferred.
- Good communication and field coordination abilities are a plus.
