What you will do

You will provide complete counter service for branch customers, handling deposits, cheque payments, and any other transaction requested at the branch window. The position requires delivering high-quality service in line with bank policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

You will work in a fast-moving environment, manage different transaction types and customer queries, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and positive banking experience.

Profile and skills needed

The role calls for a strong customer focus, integrity, numerical accuracy, and the ability to build good interpersonal relationships. You should be comfortable working full time, enjoy selling and customer service, and stay dynamic with interest in professional growth.
