Role Overview
This position is for an eCommerce Manager in Singapore. The role is intended for a results-driven professional with strong online sales experience who can help accelerate growth, improve performance against key metrics, and expand the reach of Colgate-Palmolive products in the market.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with the eCommerce team and other internal functions to identify growth priorities for Singapore and create seamless consumer journeys.
Study platform performance, shopper behaviour, and campaign outcomes in depth, then use the findings to improve strategies and lift sales results.
Own the planning and execution of promotional initiatives and marketplace account activities across Singapore from end to end.
Work with e-distributors and e-retailers to deliver strategic plans accurately and support business expansion in Singapore.
Develop Joint Value Plans with customers that align with company and channel objectives, while tracking monthly eCommerce results.
Take part in Quarterly Business Reviews with customers and present updates as needed. Support cross-functional training and communication so account plans and strategies are clearly understood.
Improve the go-to-market approach, including quarterly activity grid planning, development, and rollout, while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams for eCommerce activations.
Communicate promotion plans, commercial terms, and spending plans clearly to relevant stakeholders.
Handle customer-level execution, negotiations, and ongoing relationship management.
Keep expenditure within budget limits and policy requirements.
Prepare monthly reporting on initiatives, pricing, distribution, and competitor activity.
On a day-to-day basis, the role also includes building and running shopper activities and promotional plans, driving shopper penetration and conversion, reviewing performance weekly, and using sales and demographic data to spot market trends and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
A business-related degree or a marketing degree is required.
The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
At least 2 years of direct hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop or TikTok marketing is essential.
Background in FMCG is strongly preferred.
A proven record of delivering effective marketing solutions and consistently meeting KPIs is expected.
Skills and Competencies
The role calls for strong shopper and consumer marketing expertise, along with solid digital strategy capability.
Candidates should be skilled in prioritizing work, planning projects, and executing with precision.
Experience in strategic account management and in building productive relationships across internal and external stakeholders is important.
