About The Role
As an eCommerce Acceleration Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive performance of key fashion accounts. You will serve as the strategic leader for Amazon (1P/3P) and Zalando (Wholesale/Partner Program), implementing sophisticated solutions and impactful content to ensure our partner brands outperform competitors. Your role will involve integrating technical execution with brand strategy, leveraging our proprietary Channel Optimizer and Compass technologies.
Tasks
- Develop and implement multi-channel growth strategies for fashion brands, with a specific emphasis on Amazon (Seller/Vendor) and Zalando (ZFS/ZEOS).
- Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs), sales data, and margin optimization, utilizing data-driven insights for internal and client recommendations.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of fashion retail operations on marketplaces, including pricing strategies, inventory control, and promotional planning.
- Lead the creation of high-quality fashion content, including A+ content, Brand Stores, and Zalando-specific visuals, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing conversion rates.
- Act as the main liaison for major fashion clients, coordinating closely with internal Marketing, Warehouse, and Technology departments.
- Spearhead Business Reviews, collaborating with the broader team to deliver exceptional presentations and strategic recommendations to clients and their teams on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Account or Marketplace Management, with a specialization in the Fashion or Lifestyle sector.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to scale brands on Amazon and Zalando; experience with Zalando’s ZEOS is highly advantageous.
- Exhibit a strong analytical aptitude, capable of transforming complex data into practical insights using tools like Excel, Helium 10, or PowerBI.
- Showcase a strategic mindset, able to set commercial objectives at a senior level while maintaining attention to detail for troubleshooting operational or inventory challenges.
- Possess seasoned presentation skills, adept at managing client expectations and effectively promoting new opportunities.
