Role Overview

This full-time position is for an Inventory & Warehouse Executive who can manage stock accuracy, warehouse processes, and multi-channel fulfillment with a strong eye for detail. The role centers on keeping inventory synchronized across sales channels, handling warehouse operations smoothly, and using Unicommerce ERP to monitor orders, stock movement, and logistics in real time.

You will collaborate with production, e-commerce, and logistics teams to avoid stock shortages, reduce excess inventory, and ensure shipments move out efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and maintain up-to-date inventory across all online sales channels, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, and the Shopify store.
• Manage daily work inside Unicommerce ERP for inventory control, warehouse management, and automated order assignment.
• Oversee warehouse activities such as inwarding goods, quality inspection, organized storage, picking, and packing.
• Coordinate order processing and dispatch to meet marketplace timelines and reduce cancellations or shipping delays.
• Carry out physical stock counts regularly and match them against ERP records to remove mismatches between actual and listed stock.
• Study sales trends to predict future stock needs and work with production teams to replenish inventory in time, especially before the winter season peaks.
• Record, review, and return RTO items back into sellable stock through the ERP system after proper evaluation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on exposure to e-commerce ERP tools, especially Unicommerce inventory, warehouse, and order management modules.
• Working knowledge of marketplace fulfillment models such as Amazon FBM/FBA, Flipkart Assured, Myntra PPMP/M-Direct, and quick-commerce operations like Blinkit.
• Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and inventory aging summaries.
• Ability to organize warehouse work, solve operational issues, and lead staff effectively in a busy environment.
• Comfort with stock reconciliation, order tracking, and process-driven operations.

Additional Information

The position is based in Ludhiana, Punjab, and is strictly on-site at the office/warehouse. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not offered. Candidates who are currently outside Ludhiana must be prepared to relocate immediately if selected.

The monthly fixed CTC for this role is between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000, depending on relevant experience. Applicants are expected to review this salary range carefully before applying.
