Job description
About the Organisation
Primed Talent Limited is a UK-based organisation that develops workforce capability through technology and talent solutions. Its work spans learner development, employer partnerships, training delivery, employability, progression support, and programme management.
Role Summary
As Education Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation’s education, training, and workforce-development programmes. The position focuses on making sure delivery is well organised, consistent, compliant, and aligned with quality expectations.
This opportunity suits someone with solid experience in programme delivery, education operations, stakeholder coordination, compliance, reporting, and quality assurance. You will help strengthen day-to-day delivery while supporting wider growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and oversight of education, training, and workforce-development programme delivery.
- Manage trainer coordination, schedules, learner paperwork, and operational delivery requirements.
- Track programme performance, governance activity, reporting, and routine execution.
- Maintain standards for quality, compliance, and delivery processes across the programmes assigned to you.
- Work closely with internal colleagues, learners, employers, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Spot delivery issues early and take action to keep programmes running smoothly.
- Support client retention, account operations, and structured improvements to delivery.
- Help shape operational processes that support organisational growth and scalability.
- Keep programme records, learner files, and reporting outputs accurate and up to date.
- Contribute to expansion across funded, commercial, and employer-led training activity.
Experience and Skills Required
The ideal candidate will bring experience in education, training, programme delivery, or workforce development, along with strong coordination and management capability.
You should be confident working with trainers, learners, employers, partners, and client stakeholders, and comfortable handling compliance, quality assurance, reporting, and governance responsibilities.
Strong organisation, planning, and problem-solving ability are essential, as is clear written and verbal communication. You must be able to manage several priorities in a structured, professional way and work confidently with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
A degree or equivalent professional background in education management, training operations, programme delivery, or a related area is required.
Preferred Background
- Experience with Skills Bootcamps, employability initiatives, or adult learning.
- Exposure to funded training delivery.
- Background in learner progression or employer engagement.
- Experience in digital skills, technology training, or workforce capability programmes.
- Previous work in a growing education or training provider setting.
