Electrical Design Engineer

Role Overview

Gulf Sky Group is hiring an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to become part of its professional engineering team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and check electrical design drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Confirm that all design work aligns with SEWA rules and project-specific requirements.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, authorities, and internal project teams to keep work coordinated.
• Assist with submissions and approval processes for the relevant authorities.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical design is needed, including a minimum of 3 years in Sharjah, UAE.
• A current and valid SEWA Electrical Engineer Accreditation is compulsory; applications without it will not be reviewed.
• Candidates must be able to join immediately.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other electrical design tools is necessary.
• Strong familiarity with UAE regulations, SEWA standards, and applicable local and international electrical codes is expected.
• The role requires the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills are essential.

Salary

The offered pay is AED 6,000 to AED 10,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and interview performance.
