Role Summary
This position is for a Curriculum Creator who can design effective learning content for IELTS and TOEFL preparation. The ideal candidate should bring solid English teaching experience, curriculum-building expertise, and a strong grasp of exam structure and expectations. The role involves creating engaging study materials that match exam requirements and suit learners with different needs.
What You Will Do
- Build detailed course plans for IELTS and TOEFL preparation while aligning them with exam standards and strong teaching practices.
- Develop learning resources such as lesson plans and multimedia-based materials that keep students engaged.
- Create assessment tools including mock tests and diagnostic evaluations to measure learner performance and progress.
- Review and refresh content regularly so the material remains correct, useful, and effective.
- Keep current with new language-teaching approaches and digital education tools, and bring fresh ideas into the curriculum.
- Coordinate with curriculum specialists, subject experts, and instructional designers to deliver consistent, high-quality learning content.
- Support trainers and other team members who teach IELTS and TOEFL preparation programs.
Required Profile
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in English teaching and curriculum development, specifically for IELTS and TOEFL preparation.
- Strong knowledge of IELTS and TOEFL formats, content areas, and scoring methods.
- Good instructional design capability along with familiarity with educational technology tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A detail-focused and organized working style with the ability to manage several assignments at once.
- A collaborative approach and comfort working in a team-oriented environment.
