Role Overview

GardaWorld is hiring a specialized Enhanced Security Officer for its Security Services business unit in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor critical locations and look for suspicious behaviour or activity
• Carry out routine patrols and site visits across community and public spaces
• Respond promptly to incidents or threats and record the actions taken
• Perform wellness checks when needed
• Work alongside municipal teams, emergency responders, and law enforcement partners

What You Need

• Authorization to work in Canada
• Relevant background in criminology, sociology, police foundations, corrections, military service, or security work
• Valid first aid certification, or a willingness to obtain it
• Ability to remain standing and walking for the full shift
• Comfort working in all weather conditions
• Ability to learn quickly and adjust as procedures change
• Comfort using technology and security-related tools
• A valid Criminal Record Check
• A Vulnerable Sector Check
• A clean Driver’s Abstract
• A valid driver’s licence
