Role overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for winning new business and growing existing relationships across enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on cloud security adoption. You will report to the RVP of Southeast Asia and Korea and lead strategic sales efforts with both technical and executive stakeholders. The role calls for a consultative seller who can uncover business needs, guide complex security conversations, and shape long-term security strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and run territory plans that support revenue growth in enterprise accounts and help you consistently achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Build a deep understanding of the company’s cloud security offerings and communicate their business value clearly to customers.
  • Engage senior executives, including CISOs, with thoughtful market perspectives and maintain strong executive relationships over time.
  • Research target accounts thoroughly and create account plans that resonate with senior security decision-makers.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving technical buyers and executive sponsors.
  • Work closely with the partner ecosystem to improve market reach and sales opportunity.
  • Apply structured sales methodologies and qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Partner effectively with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and executive leadership to keep strategy aligned and business goals on track.

Required background

  • At least 7 years of experience selling SaaS or security solutions to large enterprise customers, especially in Thailand and the Philippines.
  • Strong capability in value-based selling with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in running complex sales cycles and negotiating with multiple stakeholders in the assigned region.
  • Comfort working across functions with marketing, product, customer success, and sales operations teams.
  • Ability to work with sales engineering teams to support technical evaluations and proofs of concept.
  • Professional, consultative approach when working with customers.
  • Practical experience using a formal sales process and qualification methods.
  • Excellent communication, operational discipline, and strategic thinking.
  • Track record of managing accounts in the cloud or cybersecurity space.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and adapt quickly to change.
