Role overview
This entry-level position is suited to someone who is well organised, upbeat, and experienced in delivering strong client service. The role supports Storyteq training and user adoption across multiple client accounts and platform rollouts. It sits within the Core Training team and requires close collaboration with consultants, project teams, client stakeholders, and wider delivery functions to help users become confident with Storyteq and with new ways of working.
You will contribute to a mix of training and adoption work, including running sessions, developing learning assets, assisting with user acceptance testing, and encouraging engagement during implementation projects. The role covers several clients, including ongoing support for one high-profile global account. Occasional travel may be needed for classroom training and client workshops delivered in person.

- Maintain training plans so they remain aligned with project schedules and delivery milestones.
- Track learner participation and collect feedback to improve training quality and adoption outcomes.
- Work with consultants, project teams, and stakeholders to help meet broader project goals.
- Join project meetings, workshops, stand-ups, and other delivery sessions when needed.
- Respond to training-related questions and user requests in a professional and timely way.
- Provide cross-functional support across the business for Storyteq operational and training needs.
- Keep internal training content up to date within the company’s internal learning platform.
- Manage client-facing training content in the public learning platform, ensuring it stays accurate, consistent, and relevant.
- Support the tracking and reporting of training activity and learner engagement.
- Share progress updates with internal teams and stakeholders on training delivery.
- Use learner feedback and engagement data to improve materials and delivery methods.
- Work with project and account teams to identify risks, dependencies, and support needs.
Requirements
- Previous exposure to training, learning, enablement, customer support, or a client-facing position is preferred.
- Experience producing presentations, training assets, user guides, or learning resources is desirable.
- Any exposure to UAT or project delivery environments would be an advantage.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including confidence in group learning environments.
- Comfort working in both virtual sessions and in-person classroom training.
