Job Responsibilities

• Analyze Building Management System (BMS) tender documents, project specifications, and requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop precise cost estimates and proposals.
• Compile and prepare documentation for tender submissions and address any clarifications needed.
• Engage with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure requirements are met.
• Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Conduct on-site measurements and participate in tender clarification meetings or interviews as necessary.
• Undertake any other related job duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Building studies.
• Must have prior experience in the Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) industry, with a strong understanding of BMS and ACMV systems.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and understanding project requirements.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
