Job Responsibilities
- Analyze Building Management System (BMS) tender documents, project specifications, and requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop precise cost estimates and proposals.
- Compile and prepare documentation for tender submissions and address any clarifications needed.
- Engage with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure requirements are met.
- Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Conduct on-site measurements and participate in tender clarification meetings or interviews as necessary.
- Undertake any other related job duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Building studies.
- Must have prior experience in the Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) industry, with a strong understanding of BMS and ACMV systems.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and understanding project requirements.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
