Key Responsibilities
- Run the calendar for the Head of P&A by organizing priorities and addressing schedule conflicts ahead of time.
- Arrange travel plans end to end and compile the materials needed for each trip.
- Review incoming messages and requests, then route them efficiently to the right people.
- Plan and support internal and external meetings, including creating agendas.
- Monitor project schedules and deliverables so progress, blockers, and risks remain visible.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Business Partner, or in a comparable support role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating projects and following timelines and deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex executive calendars and administrative workflows.
- Strong capability in drafting agendas, presentations, and executive-level correspondence.
- Excellent skills in organization, communication, and prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience supporting global teams or organizations.
