Role Overview
A leading private equity firm with an established Miami footprint is looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support senior leaders. This position is ideal for a polished, dependable professional who thrives in a busy environment and is comfortable acting as a reliable extension of executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end executive support, including managing complex calendars, organizing meetings, and arranging both domestic and international travel.
- Act as a key liaison for senior leadership when coordinating with internal teams, investors, and outside partners.
- Draft, refine, and oversee professional communications, presentations, reports, and materials prepared for investors.
- Handle expense submissions, invoice workflows, and other administrative processes accurately and with discretion.
- Plan and coordinate executive meetings, conference calls, board-related activities, and corporate events.
- Safeguard confidential records and manage sensitive information with professionalism and care.
- Support special projects, background research, and other executive priorities as required.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in private equity, investment management, financial services, or another professional services setting.
- Strong organizational ability and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A detail-focused, proactive, and solution-driven approach.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Advanced command of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven judgment, strong confidentiality practices, and the ability to stay effective in high-pressure situations.
Preferred Background
- Prior support experience for C-suite executives or senior investment professionals.
- Working knowledge of private equity, investment, or financial services terminology and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Work Environment
