Role Overview

The organisation is hiring a dependable and highly organised Executive Assistant to partner with the Founder and senior leaders. The role is centred on keeping schedules, communication, coordination, and everyday operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

This position combines executive support, administrative coordination, and operational follow-through across teams and external stakeholders.

  • Plan and manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily commitments.
  • Arrange internal and external meetings and ensure all preparation is completed in advance.
  • Resolve scheduling overlaps and prioritise appointments effectively.
  • Create meeting agendas, record notes when needed, and track action items until completion.
  • Handle sensitive and private information with complete discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare polished emails, letters, presentations, reports, and other business documents.
  • Serve as a coordination link between the Founder, team members, clients, agencies, and outside partners.
  • Follow up with departments, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to close tasks on time.
  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and formal correspondence.
  • Organise travel, hotel reservations, meetings, and event-related logistics as needed.
  • Keep both digital and physical records, files, contracts, and documents well organised.
  • Build reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and concise business summaries.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, agreements, invoices, quotations, and related documentation.
  • Track active projects and help ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with office records and routine operational work.
  • Work with multiple departments to support smooth execution of ongoing tasks.

AI and Productivity Tools

This role requires comfort with modern AI tools to improve speed and efficiency. Practical familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and similar productivity platforms is preferred.

  • Use AI tools to draft professional emails and documents.
  • Use AI support for reports, presentations, meeting summaries, and research.
  • Help create business content, format documents, and edit materials efficiently.
  • Use tools to plan tasks and improve workflow organisation.

Computer and Office Tools

The candidate should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail, and cloud-based file management systems.

Desired Profile

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Education and Experience

A graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. The company is looking for candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Executive, or Operations Executive. Prior exposure to founders or senior management is an advantage.

Working Schedule

The working days are Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Additional Information

This is a full-time role based in Noida, Delhi-NCR. The offered compensation is INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month.
