Role overview

This position supports the CEO in Singapore with a wide range of administrative and coordination duties. The role calls for someone who can manage confidential information, keep schedules running smoothly, and help with day-to-day executive support.

What you will do

  • Keep the CEO’s calendar organized by scheduling meetings, appointments, and other commitments, while balancing priorities and resolving clashes.
  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, including accommodation, transport, meals, visas, and lodging, working with internal teams and outside contacts as needed.
  • Help organize CEO-led events and partner engagement sessions, including logistics, conference preparation, room bookings, facilities, and refreshments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing email communication on the CEO’s behalf, redirecting items to the right people when required.
  • Draft standard and non-standard correspondence and presentations from brief notes or verbal/written instructions.
  • Support payment requisitions for vendors, ensure requests are submitted and processed quickly, and prepare expense claims and related payment handling.
  • Maintain document control and electronic filing while protecting sensitive information and upholding confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects whenever needed.

Skills and experience needed

The ideal candidate should have prior experience supporting senior leaders and be comfortable handling sensitive matters discreetly. You should work well in a fast-moving setting, stay organized, and show strong attention to detail. Proficiency with office software such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is expected, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and deliver dependable service. A flexible, proactive, self-driven mindset is important.
