Overview
This role involves assisting in the creation and execution of client media plans. Key aspects include analyzing market and consumer data, identifying target demographics, and selecting appropriate media channels. The Executive will be expected to understand and contribute to achieving set key performance indicators (KPIs) and will collaborate with planning team members and other cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective media strategies. The position also supports the broader media team in daily tasks related to strategic channel and media approach development, and manages day-to-day client interactions and communications.
Responsibilities
- Interpret client briefs to develop media channel plans aligned with client objectives.
- Generate and manage MRF (Media Request Form) sheets, coordinating with creative agencies to ensure timely material submission and campaign launch dates.
- Oversee the trafficking of digital campaigns, liaising with the TAAG team to guarantee correct implementation.
- Follow up with media and creative agencies to ensure campaigns are executed as planned and prepare implementation reports.
- Manage campaign launches, including setting and managing client expectations.
- Confirm that the administration team completes bookings accurately and on time.
- Prepare client status reports in the specified client formats.
- Develop reports and provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Supervise the invoicing process.
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a closely related field.
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in media planning (both offline and online) or a similar role.
- Demonstrate strong organizational abilities, a collaborative spirit, the capacity to multitask, and the resilience to work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with MS Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Snap Chat Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Understanding of digital media landscape and emerging technologies.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills for interpreting data and market research.
- Possess a commercial mindset focused on driving ROI for both business partners and the agency.
- Experience with media planning and buying tools and platforms like Z/X Plan, Statex, Global Web Index (GWI), Euromonitor, World Advertising Research Center (WARC), and Similar Web.
