Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and mopping floors in various areas such as storage units, hallways, and restrooms.
• Manage and dispose of waste and trash responsibly.
• Monitor and maintain an accurate inventory of cleaning supplies, initiating requests for replenishment when necessary.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management to support facility operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated organizational abilities.
• A strong willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge.
• Capacity to work independently and initiate tasks without constant supervision.

Work Environment

This role involves moderate risks and discomforts that necessitate the use of specific safety measures. This may include working near operational machinery, exposure to fumes or chemicals, and the requirement to wear protective gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands

The position requires a degree of physical exertion, including extended periods of standing and moving, the ability to position oneself to access areas at different heights, and the capability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
